Mr. J. Kuanfung

Co-Founder and Executive Vice-President

Mr. Kuanfung has over 35 years of experience in sales and worked as a sales executive with Xerox and IBM. He also helped in the successful launch of a couple start-ups in Texas and Florida. Mr. Kuanfung area of expertise is in government sales (local, state and federal). He is a member of several national government procurement and consulting organizations and a NIGP (National Institute of Government Procurement) Government Certified Contractor. He has served as a consultant for several governmental entities and small and medium size businesses across the United States wanting to do business in the government space. Mr. Kuanfung is committed to the environment and to educating business and government entities about balancing technological advancements with environmental needs. Mr. Kuanfung is a graduate from the University of Illinois with a MBA, in Business and Information technology and a B.S., in Business Management from Quincy University.

Ms. E. Cuan

Co-founder and CEO

Ms. Cuan has worked in the energy sector industry as a Chemist Laboratory Researcher for many years before taking a position in the Information technology sector for Fortune 100 energy producing company that is highly focus on alternative sources of energy. She is a dedicated scientist and committed to mitigate the ecological impact humans has on the environment today. Ms. Cuan graduated from San Francisco State University with a B.S., in Chemistry.

Mr. P. Alegría

Chief Agronomist and Scientist

Mr. Alegría an Agronomist Engineer, has dedicated his life to the development of totally organic products for the use in agriculture. He was in green technology and organic agriculture before it became a fashion statement. His dedication and commitment to organic agriculture has brought us DustOut to the market today. Mr. Alegría graduated with an M.S., degree In Agronomy Engineering from the Universidad Agrónoma de la Molina in Lima-Perú, South America.

Dr. R. Stanikunaite

Research Director

Dr. Stanikunaite worked as an Advisor for Scientific Program and Innovations at the Collaborative Drug Discovery, Inc. (Silicon Valley, San Francisco). She has authored numerous scientific publications and is especially interested in applying collaborative methods in advancing new knowledge and innovations. She is also a co-founder of the Ecological Economics Innovations Center in Berkeley, California and Vilnius, Lithuania (www.eeicentras.org/en). Dr. Stanikunaite holds both B.S., and M.S., degrees in biology from Vilnius University and University of Miami. She received her Ph.D., in Pharmacognosy from the University of Mississippi.

Dr. A. Palaima

Environmental Director

Dr. Palaima worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Mississippi, Advisor for Scientific Program and Innovations at the Collaborative Drug Discovery, Inc. (Silicon Valley, San Francisco), Project Coordinator at San Francisco State University, just to mention a few. He is an author of well-cited scientific publications and two books (the last one was published in 2012 by the University of California Press). He is a co-founder and director of the Ecological Economics Innovations Center in Berkeley, California and Vilnius, Lithuania (www.eeicentras.org/en). Dr. Palaima studied biology and ecology in Lithuania, Sweden and United States. He earned a M.S., degree from Vilnius University and a Ph.D. degree from University of Miami. He was also a recipient of a Fulbright scholarship.
